Jim "Demetri" Arvanitis began working in the construction industry during his high school days. His genuine love for construction motivated him to become a State Certified Residential Contractor in 1977, at which time he started his own company. In 1994 he began building in the Ocala area.

With over 30 years of Building Homes his extensive knowledge, desire for excellence, and sincere enthusiasm inspire confidence from his customers. Jim and his wife/partner, Maria, become personally involved with each and every home that they build.
